About Michelle Reeves
Michelle Reeves is a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of experience in nonprofit governance, workforce development, and emerging business ventures. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for an educational nonprofit management company, she has held various governmental roles at state and county levels, including positions with the Department of Education, Workforce Development, and the Department of Health.
A dedicated advocate for education and community service, Michelle has previously served on the Board of Directors for charter schools. Since 2013, she has been actively involved in supporting emerging businesses and leverages this experience at Borrv Concepts to assist with contract review, governance policies, bylaws, and compliance with federal registration systems.
Michelle holds a Juris Doctor from Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton College in Minnesota. Her diverse background in law, education, and business development positions her as a valuable asset in navigating complex legal landscapes and fostering organizational growth.
