About Dr. Nupur Gupta
Dr. Nupur Gupta is a distinguished board-certified nephrologist with extensive expertise in dialysis, home therapies, and nephrology research. She is a dedicated Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Indiana University and serves as the Medical Director for DaVita Home Dialysis and Co-Medical Director for Schneck Acute Dialysis.
Dr. Gupta’s practice philosophy is rooted in patient-centered care, emphasizing individualized treatment plans that uphold the highest standards of medical excellence. She is particularly drawn to nephrology for its complexity and its interplay with multiple organ systems, allowing her to develop lasting relationships with her patients while ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care.
Beyond her clinical role, Dr. Gupta is an accomplished researcher and published author in renal medicine, inflammatory bowel disease, and anemia management in chronic kidney disease.
